Yoko Ono threats a legal action against Mr. Lemonade Alternative Drinks for the "JOHN LEMON" lemonade. Mr. Lemonade had filed a trademark two years ago, but has decided to surrender to Yoko Ono's lawyers in order to avoid any problem. The lemonade will now change name. Peculiarly an italian supermarket chain had previously used the JOHN LEMON name in its merchandising with no problems.
