On March 13, 2018 the UK deposited its instrument of ratification to join the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement on the International Registration of Industrial Designs. The agreement will enter into force on June 13, 2018. This is an important step post- Brexit as it will allows the UK applicants to continue to use the International Registration system of Industrial Design.
