The new Google Privacy rules are becoming effective in these days; under these rules personal information about the users, such as family condition, health condition, income level, the visited web sites etc…, will be handled in a different way. The data collected by Google will be put in a unique data base in order to obtain a more detailed profile of every user; this situation is worrying the US and European public above all because of the obligation to accept these rules. In France the “Commission Nationale de l’informatique et des libertes” has just informed Google about the willing of inquest the legality of these new Privacy rules according to the European Community rules.
