The Polish and Irish Trade Mark Offices have recently joined TMview, taking the total number of participants to 25: Austria, Bulgaria, Benelux, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, WIPO and OHIM. Accessible via tmview.europa.eu, TMview allows anyone to search for trade marks. Searches can be done on both a simple and an advanced basis, either by trade mark names in general or by specific details such as trade mark number, applicant name, application date, and Nice class.
