After a long battle, Louboutin won, with a court ruling of the Hague Court, against the Dutch producer Van Haren who, like Christian Louboutin, produces décolleté shoes with the red sole.
The court agreed with the designer who sued the Van Haren brand, a Dutch company that sold red-heeled shoes in 2012.
The judges have ordered the Dutch company to destroy all existing shoes and pay damages to the designer loved by the stars.
Louboutin has filed a lawsuit for counterfeiting his trademark which is "in the red color (Pantone 18-1663TP) applied to the sole of a shoe"
