Samsung's request for suspension of sale of Apple's new iPhone 4s rejected by the Court of Milan

The first section of the Civil Court of Milan, presided over by Judge Marina Tavassi, rejected the request made by Samsung in recent weeks to immediately suspend the marketing of Apple's new iPhone 4s for alleged infringement of two patents related to wireless technology. The judge, without entering into the merits of the case, dismissed the urgency of the request of Samsung, postponing the decision on alleged infringement of the Korean company's two patents, and currently only considering the possible damage inflicted by the block upon Apple, damage that would constitute "serious and irreparable harm."
