12 April 2007 - Following the communication reported on this section of the website, we inform you that on 6 April 2007 on the Official Gazette the decree dated 2 April 2007 related to the amount of fees for patents of invention and designs was published. Such decree will be in force as of 21 April 2007. We remind you that, according to this decree, the official fees due for Italian patent, utility model and design applications will be reintroduced as well as the maintenance and renewal fees related thereto.
