Protection of French territories with a trademark in France or trademark in European Union

The trademarks required in the territories belonging to France that are located in the European Union enjoy the same protection as the French national trademarks.
The French Intellectual Property Code also includes other French territories, including Southern and Antarctic Lands, so these are also covered by the EUTM.
In Polynesia instead, an independent juridical statute is in force: the law allows to protect the EUTM within its territory.
