The new law decree "Destination Italy", which has been timely converted in law, has foreseen that, for cases related to intellectual property matters, if one of the parties is a foreign company, the competent Specialised sections are reduced to nine, i.e. Bari, Cagliari, Catania, Genoa, Milan, Naples, Rome, Turin and Venice. The new rules apply since 22 February 2014.
