The Government of Grenada has approved the new Trademark Act 2012 and the pertinent Regulation. According to the new law, all applications, renewals, assignments, changes of name/address etc. will all be made under the new Act. All trademarks already registered under the old Act will be treated as if they were registered under the new Act.
