On November 14, the Montenegro 's law of ratification of the European Patent Convention came into force. From this date it is possible with a single application to obtain protection of a technical solution in all Member States of the European Patent Convention including Montenegro. Among other advantages, the European Patent Convention provides: - Cost efficient filing of a patent application, in relation to the number of designated countries; - A patentatibily evaluation made by one of the best patent offices of the world: the European Patent Office; - The warranty of a strong patent, difficult to attack.
