The Swiss Federal Administrative Court has ruled that the logo of the famous bitter Jagermeister does not offend religious sentiments.
According to the judges called to settle a dispute between the company and the Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, according to which the symbol, a cross that shines between the horns of a deer, could be offensive to Christians, the intensive use of the trademark "has weakened the religious character".
