Italy Air Transport (ITA), the public company that replaced the airline company Alitalia, bought the trademark Alitalia and the domain name alitalia.com for 90 million of Euros.
ITA will therefore have the exclusive use of the trademark, domain name and related products and services.
The procedure for the purchase of the brand ended on October 14, with an agreement reached on the figure of 90 million euros.
