Government of Serbia proposed to Serbian Parliament sharp increase of Administrative Fees including those related to patents, trademarks, designs and other IP rights. It is worth to anticipate as early as possible filing of any trademark/patent/design application, paying patent/design annuity or renewal of trademark, or doing any other action which can be presently done in Serbia.
