Apple lost an appeal against Samsung in London. The Court of Appeal confirmed that Samsung, with the tablet Galaxy Tab, didn't copy the iPad design. Apple, therefore, will not be allowed to block sales of Samsung products in Great Britain. Despite some similarities between the two products, Samsung's products are not as attractive as Apple's ones, and do not show the features of extreme simplicity that characterize Apple's products.
