The deadline of February 19 for Apple and Samsung to mediate their patent dispute has passed without agreement. The two parties will be back in a Californian court at the end of March. Samsung was ordered to pay Apple $ 450 million (later increased of $ 290 million in November 2013) for patent infringement related to different devices including the iPhone and iPad. Now the second round is about to begin, with the first hearing on March 31, 2014.
