Anticounterfeiting - Pursuant to the information published through the new Anti-Counterfeiting Information System managed by the Guardia di Finanza, more than one million counterfeit products were seized in September 2014 in Italy. Among these seizures, the Italian authorities were able to shut down few factories where counterfeit products, mainly garments from the major luxury Italiands brands, were being manufactured.
