Rapisardi Intellectual Property is a specialized boutique composed by three structures integrated in a synergic way, set up in order to care comprehensively for the needs of protection of every form of IP.

The Group is thus formed by:

• Ufficio Brevetti Rapisardi, which deals with patents, trademarks and copyrights
• Studio Legale Rapisardi, with specific competences on anti-counterfeiting law
• MCR Ricerche, specialized in priority searches, due diligence and surveillance
